30-Day Honey Promise
We want you to love every product. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging, at least half full, to be eligible for a refund or store credit (exclusions apply for hygiene-sensitive products — see below).
Eligibility & Conditions
- Returns are accepted on all skincare, makeup, and tools except final sale items (marked "Last Chance").
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lip products, mascara, or opened beauty sponges unless defective.
- Damaged or incorrect items: please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return
Email our support team at returns@honeycosme.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) and a return authorization. Pack the items securely and drop off at any USPS location.
International customers: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5–7 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or store credit (your choice). Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the credit. Store credits never expire and can be used on honeycosme.com.
Exchanges
Want a different shade or formula? Exchanges are free for U.S. customers. Initiate an exchange via email; we'll ship your new product as soon as your return is on its way.
Defective or Allergic Reactions
Though our products are formulated with gentle ingredients, if you experience an adverse reaction, please stop use and contact us. We will work with you to find a better solution — including a full refund or alternative product.
